Welcome to Over Hill. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our AI Language Learning Lab. By registering, accessing, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Account & Security

You must authorize the service via your Google account. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must ensure that any third-party API keys (e.g., Gemini Key) provided are legally held by you, and you understand that configuring these keys authorizes the app to call AI services on your behalf.

3. Usage Guidelines & Restrictions

When using the service, you agree NOT to:

• Illegal Content: Generate, upload, or spread obscene, violent, discriminatory, or hateful content.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to crack, decompile, or extract the source code or core algorithms of the service.
• Abuse: Use automated scripts for excessive requests beyond normal learning needs.
• Infringement: Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or privacy of others.

4. Intellectual Property

Service Content: The design, interaction logic, graphics, and code of Over Hill are owned by us.

User Content: Users own the learning materials and notes generated through the service. However, users should understand that the legal status of AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction and must comply with the policies of the underlying models (e.g., Google Gemini).

5. AI Output Disclaimer

You understand and agree that the content provided by Over Hill is AI-generated auxiliary learning material:

• We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, timeliness, or truthfulness of generated content.
• Real-time AI mentor discussions and suggestions are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms without prior notice.
